These Terms of Service set out how we work with our customers. By purchasing from Molly Lane Gifts you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products
All our jewellery is described and photographed as accurately as possible. Please note that colours, textures and sizes may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our items.
Any natural stones, pearls or crystals may vary in shade, markings or size. This is not a fault but part of their unique character.
Orders
Orders are accepted subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
Custom or personalised orders require full payment in advance.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are stated in British Pounds and include VAT.
Payment is required at the time of placing an order unless agreed otherwise.
Payments can be made via PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.
Delivery
Delivery charges are shown at the checkout. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days, unless stated otherwise. We ship orders to the United Kingdom, delivery times vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
Standard items: You may return unused, unworn jewellery within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (excluding delivery costs).
Custom/personalised items: These are non-refundable unless faulty.
To arrange a return, please contact us first at info@mollylanegifts.com. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty. Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
Care Instructions
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions or harsh chemicals. Store pieces in a dry, safe place when not in use. For full care instructions please refer to our 'Jewellery Care' section and the insert included with your order.
Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear.
Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the price paid for the product.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal details are only used to process your order and will not be shared with third parties, except where required for delivery or by law.
