Orders & Payments
How do I place an order? - All orders can be placed via the website with delivery calculated at the checkout.
What payment methods do you accept? - PayPal and all major credit cards are excepted.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed? - Orders can be amended or cancelled within 5 hours of ordering unless it has already been posted.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages? - Our gifts come with gift envelopes or gift bags. Please see each item listing to see which gift wrap comes with each gift.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you ship worldwide? - At the moment we only ship to the United Kingdom.
How much does delivery cost? - Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout or delivery is included in the item price if noted in the product description.
How long will my order take to arrive? - We aim to post all orders in 1-2 working days. Delivery time will then depend on the service selected at the checkout. First Class is typically 1 working day with Second Class 2 days day. These are delivery estimates.
How can I track my order? - Orders are sent via a tracked service, a Royal Mail tracking number will be noted on your dispatch email.
What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived? - If your order hasn't arrived in the timescale mentioned above please get in touch via email at info@mollylanegifts.com
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item? - Non personalised orders can be returned or exchanged. Please arrange this with us via info@mollylanegifts.com
Do you accept returns on earrings? - Due to the nature of earrings these cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless faulty.
What if my jewellery arrives damaged or faulty? - Please get in touch with us via info@mollylanegifts.com
