Returns & Refunds Policy – Molly Lane Gifts
We want you to love your jewellery from Molly Lane Gifts. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our returns policy is outlined below.
Standard Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return in line with the returns policy. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item, using the original payment method.
Delivery costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty). Refunds will only be issued to the person who placed and paid for the order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following items are non-refundable unless faulty: Earrings, custom or personalised jewellery.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@mollylanegifts.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care to check all items before sending. If your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or repair.
After 30 days, we may offer a repair or partial refund, depending on the circumstances, in line with the returns policy.
How to return an Item
Contact us at info@mollylanegifts.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm the return address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Use a tracked postal service, we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
