We hope you love your purchase as much as we have enjoyed creating it for you. If however your not satisfied with your purchase please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Returning faulty items

Please accept our apologies that your order has arrived faulty. If you feel your item is faulty please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@mollylanegifts.com with details of the fault, proof of purchase and a photo of the faulty item/s. After contacting please return the item within 14 days of agreeing a return with us. We will then assess the fault and either replace the item/s or issue a refund for you. Please ensure this process is completed within 28 days of delivery.

Processing a refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the credit or debit card that the order was placed and paid through. It can take 5-10 working days for a refund to appear back in your bank account. 

Refunds will only be issued to the person who placed and paid for the order.
