Pricing
All prices displayed are in UK pounds sterling. Prices may change at any time, any orders already placed at a previous price will be honoured at that price.

Proofs
In general we do not provide design proofs. We do try our best to accommodate this as quickly as possible but it may slightly delay your order. 

Order Details
As orders are made to your specifications please ensure where selected the correct colour/variant options are selected at the checkout. Please also ensure any notes required about your order are left at the checkout. We do try our best to pick up any errors on your behalf and will query these before processing your order. 
Please note colours for the text, items etc may vary slightly from the pc monitor screens. 

Processing Time
The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies but on average is 3-5 working days. Please message first if you require your order sooner than the estimated dispatch time.
We will do our best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them.

Estimated Delivery Times
We only post within the United Kingdom, delivery time is between 3-5 working days after dispatch.
We use Royal Mail to post your order, please bear in mind at busy periods like Christmas, Mother's Day etc this delivery time may increase. 

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact us if you have any queries with your order or would like to request a return. 

Returns Policy
We pride ourselves in making and designing our items with the highest attention to detail.
We take great care in ensuring your items are carefully packaged for delivery to you safely. If however your item is damaged on delivery please do contact via 'Contact Us' to discuss further.
Unwanted orders if agreed are returned at the cost of the buyer unless agreed by us. Any returns should be discussed with us before returning.

When purchasing a digital file no physical item will be sent, a file will be emailed to the email address supplied at the checkout.

Please note refunds cannot be given for digital products.
