Shipping Policy
We aim to post all orders within 1-3 business days of ordering. Postage charges are calculated at the checkout.

Orders are posted Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Can I get my order quicker than the stated time?
If you require your order quicker than the time scale stated please send a message to discuss further. Please try to send this message before placing your order to ascertain current availability.
Can I cancel my order?
Please get in touch as soon as possible. If you would prefer to cancel your order we will facilitate where possible.
How do you post my order?
All orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, on average this is between 1-3 working days.
When dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification email/text to the contact details provided at the checkout. We use Royal Mail to deliver all orders via first or second class post as selected at the checkout.
Larger orders may be sent via a signed for Royal Mail service and will require a signature upon delivery.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
The higher value orders may be sent via Royal Mail signed delivery. These will require someone to be at the address to sign for your delivery. If you are not in Royal Mail will leave a card for you to re schedule the delivery.
How can I help ensure prompt delivery?
To help us dispatch your order please ensure you have added the correct address at the checkout.
For orders that are sent as a parcel someone will be required to be at the address to receive the order. If no one is home please look out for a Royal Mail 'We missed you' card.
